DENC is pleased to announce big plans for National Drive Electric Week!
We’ll be kicking off the week on Friday, September 9th with a Ride and Drive in downtown Fort Collins. This can’t-miss event will be held on Friday, September 9th from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM in Old Town Square. You can sign up to volunteer for this event by visiting our SignUp Genius link.
Our main event for National Drive Electric Week will take place on Saturday, September 17th where we will make history by convening the largest ever EV gathering in Colorado to promote EV adoption! The gathering of fellow EV enthusiasts will be followed by a mass drive through Old Town Fort Collins. To draw attention to our cause, and turn heads, our drive will be accompanied by playing electric-themed music as we cruise through the city.
EV owners will meet in the parking lot of the First National Bank on Oak Street in Fort Collins at 11:30 AM where attendees will have the opportunity to hang out and meet fellow EV owners. Following a commemorative group photo, we will head out to cruise Fort Collins in electrified fashion until 1:30 PM. To sign up to be part of this historic rally, visit our EV Rally page.
To make this event as monumental as possible, DENC asks that each EV owner gather all the support that they can by spreading the word or bringing other EV owners along with them. We need a coordinated grassroots effort that we know only our enthusiasts could pull off!
